Mr. Lube + Tires is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of vehicle maintenance and tire services while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, clean, and qualified work environment.

No previous experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and routine vehicle maintenance.
- Install, remove, balance, and rotate tires.
- Perform tire repairs and basic automotive services.
- Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or service needs.
- Follow manufacturer recommendations and company service procedures.
- Properly use shop equipment, tools, and safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Explain completed services and recommended maintenance to customers when required.
- Complete service documentation accurately.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Automotive experience is an asset but not required.




- Previous tire or oil-change experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of performing automotive service and tire-related duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
