Duties

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance
- Provide explanation and recommendation for repairs or replacement of tires
- Ensure customer vehicle is kept clean and free from any damages while in our possession
- Conduct oil changes and fluid top-ups using appropriate hand tools and power tools
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper disposal of used materials in compliance with safety standards
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs




- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete maintenance tasks accurately and safely
- Support the dealership’s sales team by providing technical insights on vehicle needs when necessary

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire installations or parts replacement
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Experience with sales or upselling services is a plus but not required
- Motivated to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
