Joyride Automotive is seeking an experienced wheel and tire installation technician / automotive apprentice

Responsibilities includes Mounting and Balancing tires, tire repairs, seasonal tire swaps on vehicle, and basic duties relating to up keeping the shop. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a passion for the automotive industry.

Qualifications

-Able to perform high standard of work in a quick pace, high volume environment

-Certified experience in tire mounting & balancing (Run flats, Low Profiles, Oversized truck tires), tire repairs, customs wheels & torquing.

-Able to determine tire direction when mounting.

-TPMS Programming and installing.

-Mechanical shop skills

-Strong communication skills

-Strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week

- Tire Mounting and Balancing: 2 years (required)
