Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles
- Respond quickly to roadside assistance calls, including breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle impounds
- Conduct basic automotive inspections to assess vehicle condition and determine appropriate recovery methods
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate productive service
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or assist with on-site repairs when needed
- Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, transports,



and service activities for record-keeping purposes
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle recovery operations and while working around traffic

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving or operating heavy-duty vehicles such as forklifts or tow trucks
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus; willingness to obtain if not already certified
- Automotive repair experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment use
