Trade Compliance Analyst The Trade Compliance Analyst will support the company’s U.S. Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) and North American customs compliance activities. Based in Montreal, QC, this role will work closely with the Memphis Area Distribution Center (MADC) and the Global Trade Compliance Team.

The position is responsible for managing daily FTZ activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing customs documentation, and supporting process improvements and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit required FTZ admissions, withdrawals, and adjustments.
- Monitor FTZ inventory receipts, shipments, and discrepancies.
- Prepare required FTZ reports, including quarterly HMF, Annual Board Reports, and Annual Reconciliation.
- Review CBP 7501 and CBSA B3 customs entries for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, service providers, CBP, and internal teams to resolve trade compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate FTZ records and supporting documentation.
- Develop and maintain FTZ SOPs and training materials and provide training to employees.
- Monitor proposed and current customs regulations and assess their impact on the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve trade compliance processes and controls.

Qualifications & Experience





- DEC or Bachelor's degree education preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in customs compliance, FTZ, international trade, or a related field.
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs regulations and tariff schedules.
- Experience with FTZ operations and customs documentation.
- Familiarity with CBP 7501 and CBSA B3 entries.
- Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with process improvement and/or training is an asset.
