G Force is currently hiring Traffic Control Persons (Flaggers) to join our field operations team. This is an essential front-line role responsible for the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists in active work zones.

As a Security Guard and Flagger, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of our esteemed staff, and premises. Dressed in a distinguished uniform, you will represent the epitome of refinement while maintaining a vigilant and professional ambience

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, maintain, and dismantle temporary traffic control devices (signs, cones, barrels)
- Direct traffic safely through and around work zones using hand signals and signs
- Communicate clearly with other crew members to coordinate safe traffic flow
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to Book 7 (Ontario Traffic Manual) regulations
- Remain alert and responsive to changing traffic and site conditions
- Maintain a professional demeanor with the public and worksite personnel

Qualifications:

- Valid Traffic Control Person certification as per Ontario standards preferred
- Experience as a TCP/flagger or in road construction preferred




- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
- Must have security guard license
