Village Orthodontics is looking for a confident, organized and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Our mission is to provide high-quality orthodontic treatment in a caring, affordable and professional environment. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients and families feel informed, comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

You will support new patient consultations, explain treatment options, assist with insurance forms and inquiries, provide appliance instructions and ensure patient information and charting are accurate and up to date. You will also help coordinate appointments, follow up with patients, monitor incoming communications and work closely with doctors, clinical team members and management to keep the patient experience running smoothly.

Additional responsibilities may include preparing consultation materials, completing patient and referring-doctor correspondence,



supporting scheduling as needed and assisting with diagnostic records such as digital images, panoramic and cephalometric X-rays and iTero scans where applicable.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
- Previous orthodontic experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and communicate treatment information clearly
- Experience with dental or orthodontic software is an asset

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday in Oakville, Friday in Mississauga and two Saturdays per month in Mississauga.This is a permanent, part time, in-person position.
