Key Responsibilities

- Inspect finished headwear products for defects, stitching issues, stains, or inconsistencies
- Trim loose threads and clean garments as needed
- Apply finishing touches such as steaming, shaping, pressing, or spot-cleaning
- Add and attach tags, stickers, or accessories as required
- Package finished products according to customer specifications
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support other areas of production as needed

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in garment production, finishing, sewing, or textile manufacturing is an asset (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines




- Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive tasks
- Valuable hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
