The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.

Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

A successful candidate will work alongside consultants and client stakeholders on business transformation, strategy, process improvement, and technology-enabled initiatives. This role offers hands-on consulting experience, including business analysis, research, problem solving, development of recommendations, and preparation of client-facing deliverables.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Conduct business, industry, and market research to support client engagements.
- Analyze business challenges, processes, data, and stakeholder needs.
- Support current-state assessments, business cases, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
- Gather and document business requirements and support stakeholder workshops.
- Develop presentations, reports, analyses, and other client deliverables.
- Collaborate with CGI teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.




- Contribute to internal practice development and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

- Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent graduate business program and eligible for a Co-op placement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Qualified working proficiency in English.

Assets / Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous consulting, strategy, technology, financial services, business analysis, or project experience.
- Exposure to digital transformation, process improvement, operating model, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Experience with business cases, financial analysis, data analytics, or visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, design thinking, change management, or related methodologies.
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, cloud, or other emerging technologies.
