Job Summary:

All Team Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping in accordance with order specifications.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies,



reporting issues to supervisors as needed.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
