Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assosiate to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations and providing efficient delivery services. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, warehouse logistics, and commercial driving, with the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving.

A valid driver’s license, preferably with commercial driving experience, is essential for this position. This is a full time opportunity suitable for individuals who are organized, safety-conscious, and committed to excellent service.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations according to assigned routes
- Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling equipment
- Ensure accurate loading and securement of cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports
- Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, packing, and organizing stock
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols related to driving,



loading/unloading, and warehouse procedures

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- French and English language proficiency
- Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse logistics is mandatory
- Ability to operate box trucks and familiarity with route driving
- Experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, heavy lifting, moving supplies or equipment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual tasks regularly
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving and warehouse operations
- Reliable transportation to reach the warehouse location daily
