Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Part-Time Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to help with order preparation and general warehouse duties.

This position includes a regular Friday shift, with additional weekday afternoon shifts scheduled as needed depending on order volume and warehouse requirements. Shifts will generally take place between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

The main focus of this role is preparing and packing customer and wholesale orders, printing shipping documents, organizing outgoing shipments for courier pickup, and helping keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Print packing slips and shipping labels
- Pick products according to customer and wholesale orders
- Prepare, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment
- Double-check orders to ensure the correct products and quantities are packed
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments for courier pickup
- Hand over shipments to couriers when required
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts
- Report damaged, missing, or low-stock inventory
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized warehouse space
- Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials appropriately
- Help organize and move inventory when required




- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to read and understand English packing slips, shipping labels, product information, and basic work instructions
- Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, or packing experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable using a computer to print packing slips and shipping labels
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable working in a small-team environment
- Must be available to work every Friday
- Flexible availability for additional weekday afternoon shifts is preferred

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move around the warehouse during the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move cartons and products
- Ability to safely lift approximately 40–50 lbs when required
- Comfortable performing repetitive packing and order preparation tasks

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone dependable who can consistently work every Friday and is also available for occasional additional weekday shifts when needed.

Additional hours will vary depending on order volume and warehouse requirements and are not guaranteed.

Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to understand and follow English instructions are especially important. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently, and takes responsibility for making sure orders are packed correctly and ready for shipment on time.
