Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Weekend Bouncer to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at our venue. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining order, preventing disturbances, and safeguarding guests and staff alike. Your proactive presence will help foster a positive atmosphere while enforcing venue policies with professionalism and confidence.

Duties

- Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with venue rules and safety standards
- Conduct thorough checks of patrons upon entry using CCTV surveillance systems and manual inspections
- Enforce age restrictions and verify identification to prevent underage drinking or unauthorized entry
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, de-escalating situations with tact and authority
- Collaborate with security team members to coordinate surveillance efforts and loss prevention strategies
- Maintain transparent incident reports and logs of any unusual activity or safety concerns during your shift
- Use CCTV cameras to monitor the premises continuously,



identifying potential security threats or suspicious behavior

Requirements

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
- Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for loss prevention and safety monitoring
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout shifts
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and emergency responders when necessary
- Certification in security or related training preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary licenses as required by local regulations
