Duties

- Measure clients accurately to ensure perfect fit and comfort for each wedding gown
- Cut fabric pieces precisely according to detailed patterns and design specifications
- Sew and assemble wedding dresses with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes
- Make adjustments and alterations based on client feedback or fitting sessions
- Collaborate with designers and clients to realize custom design visions
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper sewing tools for efficiency and safety
- Inspect finished dresses thoroughly for quality control before delivery or fitting appointments

Requirements





- Proven experience in sewing, tailoring, or dressmaking, preferably with bridal or formal wear
- Strong understanding of basic math for measurements, pattern adjustments, and fabric calculations
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work with delicate fabrics and intricate details with precision and care
- Knowledge of sewing machines, hand sewing techniques, and garment construction methods
- Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining creativity and flexibility
- A passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and creating beautiful wedding attire
