Epic Dance Complex is growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable dance teachers and subs who love working with kids, building confidence, and creating a positive studio community.

Whether you’re an experienced instructor or ready to step into more teaching — we’d love to meet you!

Positions Available

Dance Teachers (Staff)

- Teach weekly classes support recital preparation
- Styles may include: ballet, tap, jazz, acro, hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre, and preschool combo

Substitute Teachers (On-Call)

- Jump in when needed with strong energy and leadership
- Great option for building experience and joining our team

What You’ll Do
- Teach fun, age-appropriate classes for dancers 18 months – 18 years
- Build technique while creating a supportive, confidence-boosting workplace
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and team members
- Help with recital prep and occasional studio events (for staff roles)
- Participate in team meetings training opportunities





What We’re Looking For
- Strong dance background experience working with kids
- Confident classroom management communication
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to teach one or more styles
- Bonus: experience with competitive dancers, RAD/ADAPT/CDTA, First Aid
