The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Monitor production applications, services, and scheduled jobs to ensure uptime and performance
- Perform root cause analysis and document findings for recurring issues
- Maintain and update runbooks, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce defects and verify fixes
- Assist with automation of routine support tasks using scripts or internal tools
- Communicate status updates clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related co op program
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and methodically
- Robust communication skills and willingness to collaborate
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability
