Overview
Embark on an exhilarating winter season as a Winter Adventure Guide and Driver for the upcoming 2026/27 season! This dynamic role combines the thrill of leading outdoor adventures with the responsibility of safe and efficient transportation. As a key ambassador of our winter experience, you will inspire guests through engaging activities, ensure their safety, and deliver exceptional customer service in a lively, energetic environment.

Duties
- Lead and facilitate a variety of winter outdoor activities such as snowshoeing, Ice Walks, or guided nature walks with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Safely operate and drive Class 4 shuttles to transport guests between activity sites and accommodations
- Provide transparent, engaging instructions and safety briefings to guests of all ages, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their experience
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously throughout their visit
- Assist in setting up equipment, preparing activity areas, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed diligently
- Support team coordination by communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Promote environmental awareness and responsible outdoor practices to enhance guests’ appreciation of nature
Requirements
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently deliver instructions and safety information in an engaging manner
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to coordinate activities efficiently within tight schedules
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide groups safely through outdoor adventures
- Effective communication skills for clear interactions with guests and team members alike
- Teaching experience or background in outdoor education is a plus, demonstrating the ability to educate while entertaining
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience operating snow vehicles or similar equipment is preferred

Licence/Certification:
- OCC, IGA, ACMG Guide Certification (preferred)
- First Aid (16hr) or WFA Issued in Canada and Valid (required)
- Class 4 Alberta Driver Licence (preferred)
- Drivers Licence and Personal Vehicle (required)
