We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WRT Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing restoration and construction-related tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your hands-on skills with hand tools and power tools, combined with your ability to handle cleaning and restoration activities, will be essential in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform construction, repair, and restoration tasks accurately and safely
- Conduct cleaning activities to prepare work sites, including debris removal and surface preparation
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of work areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Support restoration projects by applying industry best practices and following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
- Follow detailed instructions for each project phase,
maintaining clear communication with supervisors
- Maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies in excellent condition for optimal performance
- Available to work Overtime during busier weeks
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or restoration work is highly preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
- Experience with cleaning processes related to restoration projects is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while adhering to safety guidelines
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High level of customer service
