Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer training sessions that emphasize fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants
- Teach basic soccer techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and game rules
- Organize friendly matches and mini-tournaments to encourage practical application of skills
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth
- Promote the importance of physical activity, healthy habits,



and fair play among youth athletes
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and program coordinators to ensure a positive experience for all participants

Qualifications

- Prior experience in teaching or coaching youth sports is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and game strategies
- Excellent communication skills to engage children effectively
- Ability to demonstrate basic swimming skills or comfort around water activities (nice-to-have)
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to organize activities efficiently while maintaining safety standards
