MFAF Forming Limited is looking for experienced residential concrete forming workers to join our crew. Wage: $26–$34/hour, depending on experience and ability, plus overtime. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are looking for people who can come to work and know the job. You must have experience with residential concrete forming/cribbing, be able to read blueprints, understand layouts, and work efficiently without needing to be trained from the ground up. Requirements: • Previous concrete forming/cribbing experience • Able to read and understand blueprints • Own reliable vehicle/transportation • Own tools • Reliable and willing to work • Available Monday–Friday, with the occasional Saturday • Approximately 44 hours per week, plus overtime • Able to work at different residential construction sites in Calgary and surrounding communities Health benefits available after 3 months.



We are extremely busy and work primarily in residential construction for established home builders. We pay well because we expect people to know their trade, show up, work hard, and be dependable. We are NOT looking for inexperienced workers or people who need to be trained in the field. Please don't waste your time or ours if you do not have concrete forming experience.
