Tim Hortons at the Quarry Ridge location in Fort McMurray, AB is hiring a Food Service Supervisor . This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy quick-service restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Ability to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
