Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, independent licensed Insurance Brokers with at least two years of experience to join our expanding team. If you’re passionate about helping clients find the right coverage and enjoy building long-term, trust-based relationships, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Quote and sell personal and/or commercial lines
- Build and maintain a strong client book through referrals, networking, and leads
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
