Beacon Construction Consultants Inc. in Victoria is seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for projects at various stages. You will monitor costs, develop cost plans and financial reports, and liaise with clients, contractors and design teams, contributing to risk assessments and dispute resolution through in office visits in the Greater Victoria area.
