The Company is seeking an SVP, Product to lead the strategic vision and execution of AI and agentic product development. This senior role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company's products and platforms, with a solid focus on AI integration. The successful candidate will be the foremost expert on AI's application to products, driving the AI agenda and product strategy. Responsibilities include owning the AI product strategy, making key decisions on AI implementation, and ensuring the quality and business impact of AI-enabled products.
The role demands a hands-on approach, from writing specs to setting the hiring standards for the product team. The SVP, Product will also be responsible for the entire product portfolio, establishing the product operating model, and leading a high-performing product organization.
Applicants for the SVP, Product position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's strongly preferred, in a technical discipline. A minimum of 15 years' software product management experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI product development, a deep understanding of modern AI as a product discipline, and experience in growth marketing. The role demands a leader who is not only adept at setting product strategy but also at executing it across multiple teams. Experience with marketplace or platform business models, as well as a background in software engineering, is a strong plus. The candidate must be a world-class individual contributor, with outstanding communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
