Wesbell is seeking a dedicated Foundation Foreman to manage construction activities for concrete foundations and related access features. This full-time role requires expertise in excavating, compacting, and concrete finishing. You will ensure secure operation of construction equipment while leading a team in building access roads and installing fencing.
Key Responsibilities: • Use blueprints to layout foundation locations • Operate excavators, packers, and bulldozers safely • Compact backfilling materials efficiently • Finish concrete with attention to detail • Oversee installation of fences and entry gates
Requirements: • High school diploma preferred • 2 years of relevant experience • First Aid/CPR and Ladder Safety Training • Knowledge of telecom tower foundations an asset • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
