REPORTS TO: Controller WAGES: $29.38 Job Summary Under the administrative direction of the Controller, this individual will aid in the daily operations of the business regarding customer invoicing, record keeping, banking and other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities

Enter and maintain sales data, invoices, account statements and other financial statements using manual and computerized systems

Assist with invoicing and accounts payable

Creating and Maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining good relationships

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing

Special assignments as directed.

Basic knowledge of applying financial/accounting processes and practices.

Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines, manage time efficiently. Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, high degree of accuracy.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with the use of accounting software and MS office.

Use company vehicles for inter office mail and other tasks as directed. The individual will be required to travel to local banks.

Employment Requirments

Must be able to work independently or with a Team.

Must be committed to a SAFE working setting.

Will require Basic First Aid Training and WHMIS provided through the company.

A valid driver’s Licence is required.

HOURS OF OPERATION 8AM TO 5 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
