Support De Mazenod Door Outreach as a Part-Time Donation Driver. Engage with the community, ensuring the secure collection and delivery of food donations from partners every Friday.
In this role, you will report directly to the President & CEO while collaborating closely with the Head Chef and the Donor & Volunteer Relations Manager. Your responsibilities involve driving the outreach van, picking up donations, assisting in grocery shopping, and managing essential food supplies for community events. The role is perfect for those passionate about providing meals and support for marginalized individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the outreach van safely and responsibly
• Pick up and transport donations securely




• Assist with grocery shopping and supply purchasing
• Load, unload, and store donated food efficiently
• Communicate courteously with donors and community partners
Requirements:
• Clean driver’s abstract required
• Ability to lift and carry food items
• Strong time management skills
• Friendly, respectful manner with all individuals
• Team-oriented attitude towards collaboration
