Paladin Security is looking for a dedicated Security Guard to work 12-hour shifts at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. You will perform security patrols, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety within the Emergency Department. Ideal candidates will have robust communication skills and be physically fit to manage the demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols
• Write reports and investigate routine incidents
• Respond quickly to emergencies
• Utilize de-escalation techniques in conflicts
• Ensure safety for staff, patients, and visitors
Requirements:
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Relevant degree preferred (e.g., Criminology)
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
• Ability to provide Proof of Vaccinations
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
