As an AV Field Service Engineer, you’ll support Evertz AV products and provide operational training on-site. Master customer engagement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service excellence as you collaborate with a energetic team in the broadcast technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commission systems and train customers on-site for operational success
• Provide technical direction on firmware and maintenance issues
• Diagnose problems by recreating customer product applications
• Collect data and systematically report issues




• Communicate effectively with customers to recommend solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
• Up to 3 years in a related field, ideally with AV equipment
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
• Familiarity with server hardware and IT networking
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
