• Greet and engage customers using the GET Model
• Escort customers to required merchandise across departments
• Ask open-ended questions to identify customer needs




• Promote services such as Tool Rental and Pro Services
• Discuss options and suggest related items for projects
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of retail or trade experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Willingness to learn about all products in the department
