Thrive Group is seeking a Full time Social Service Worker to join the Bethany Residence program in Burlington. The role delivers counselling, intake, assessments, and advocacy, supporting diverse populations and coordinating client care plans across Thrive Group locations.

A Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, with 2–3 years of experience, is required, along with professional registration in good standing with the OCSWSSW.
