About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Practice Group Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for the performance, development, and cohesion of practice groups, paralegal services, and the intellectual property agency. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the teams that support the delivery of legal services. The Senior Director will act as a key partner to regional and practice leaders, influencing the alignment of priorities, and supporting the implementation of transformative initiatives.



Key responsibilities include leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, establishing clear objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused support. The role also involves leading transformation and innovation initiatives, modernizing work methods, and promoting the use of technology to increase operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior management, operations, or strategic support role, preferably within a professional services or complex B2B environment. They should have a proven track record in managing and developing teams, as well as experience in implementing processes, governance mechanisms, and performance indicators. A university degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree or relevant training being an asset. The candidate should possess a strategic vision for managing practice groups, strong influence with stakeholders, and excellent communication skills in both French and English. Personal characteristics should include the ability to inspire and motivate teams, sound business acumen, and the capacity to drive multiple initiatives with a results-oriented approach.
