Banyan Software is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to report to the Finance Manager and partner with colleagues across finance and operations. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of finance operations, including revenue recognition, cash management, and financial reporting. Your insights will enhance the performance of Banyan's growing portfolio of software companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and reports • Assure quality in finance and accounting outputs • Analyze budget-to-actuals for operational insights • Support M&A; integration and financial initiatives • Document and promote financial best practices
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in finance/accounting roles • University degree in business, accounting, or finance • Working towards an accounting designation preferred • Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus • Robust attention to detail with multi-task abilities
