The Culinary Brigades is a culinary education program offered in over 350 high schools across Canada. The chef/instructor/consultant teaches students basic culinary techniques and the principles of healthy eating using educational materials provided by La Tablée des Chefs.
The assignment runs 24 weeks with weekly workshops (2 to 2.5 hours) after school. The consultant will purchase ingredients within the budget, collaborate with the client, and provide required administrative documentation.
