Under the guidance of educators, your role focuses on providing direct support to students with physical, developmental, and communication challenges. Collaborating closely with teachers, you will implement tailored educational programs and assist with personal care when necessary. This position emphasizes a caring approach to student development, ensuring that all children feel supported in their learning setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for students with diverse needs
• Supervise and implement daily routines effectively
• Assist in executing teacher-designed instruction




• Attend to physical care needs including hygiene and feeding
• Collaborate with the school team in communication
Requirements:
• Completion of a 2-year related program preferred
• At least one year of previous work experience
• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist students as needed
