You will provide structure, guidance, and daily supervision to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with WestJet policies. You will oversee staffing, training, performance reviews and collaboration with Planning, MCC, Engineering and Stores to sustain on-time aircraft operations while maintaining the highest safety standards.
