The role is responsible for monitoring and facilitating the flow of clients through the clinic during their YRC appointments.What You'll Do:Manage in-clinic or virtual flow during client’s YRC/Specialty Clinic visitCoordinate with staff to ensure the client’s visit is productive and effective with exceptional service deliveryWelcome and greet clients, guide clients throughout their visit and check clients in and out of their YRC appointmentsEnsure clients receive maximum value time during their visitEnsure compliance with all service metricsRespond to client issues and enquiriesFoster client loyalty by creating a memorable experienceHandle client issues in a positive and professional mannerProblem solve in a fast-paced environmentAssist with Year Round Care line phone linesAssist with Responding to all communications including e-mails and phone calls regarding patient inquiriesOther administrative duties as requiredWhat You'll Need:Prior experience in similar role, or minimum of 1 year of healthcare experienceEducation in health or a related discipline is an assetStrong organization and time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate level in MS OfficeThis is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday at Medcan Toronto located at 150 York St. Hours of operation Tuesday to Friday at 10:30-7pm,



and Saturdays 8:30-5pm.Position Pay Range$47,831.00 - $65,767.25 CAD annuallyPay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity.
