Your responsibilities include offering professional claims counselling and ensuring clear communication with clients throughout the claims process. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through claims counselling conversations
• Communicate expectations and next steps clearly
• Gather information for New Loss Notices accurately




• Report new claims to the insurance company promptly
• Document all claims conversations using our systems
Requirements:
• RIBO licence required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
