Key Responsibilities:



• Assist with website and app content changes • Manage inquiries regarding order and user management • Perform daily quality assurance across eCommerce platforms • Liaise with vendors for issue resolution • Conduct accessibility audits and reporting

Requirements: • University or college degree in relevant field • 1-2 years of eCommerce experience • Basic knowledge of SAAS platforms • Familiarity with SEO best practices • Proficiency in Google Analytics and web analytics
