Work cross-functionally and directly with clients while controlling time, cost, quality, and scope Lead and document key meetings: handover, kickoff, sample reviews, production reviews, and closing. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable plans Monitor production progress, materials, and QC checkpoints; raise red flags proactively when risks appear. Oversee change management and assess cost/time impacts when needed. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, GCs, and designers, balancing the Voice of Customer (VOC) with the Voice of Process (VOP).
Support site coordination and installation follow-up when required. Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Interior Design. CAPM or PMP certification (asset) Experience
2–4 years of experience in project management, estimation, procurement, design, or engineering within a manufacturing or architectural environment (fixtures, millwork, metal fabrication, or similar) Experience managing projects from prototype to production run (retail, hospitality, or material handling industries is a plus) Experience with ERP systems (an asset).
