Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality’s Luma in Toronto seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead and inspire a busy kitchen. You will cook hands-on, recruit and train cooks, and manage daily operations while upholding our standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
You will collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable guest experiences, mentor staff, and maintain cost controls. Weekend/evening availability is expected in a fast-paced setting.
