You will drive the PM program, manage costs, and mentor a maintenance team within a large milling facility. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, plus supervisory experience and CMMS proficiency. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met while supporting continuous improvement.
