Ancient Movers Ltd. is a growing moving and relocation company serving residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Field Sales Representative to help increase our local brand presence, generate leads, and connect with potential customers throughout the Windsor area.

This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting people, and working independently.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent Ancient Movers within assigned neighbourhoods and help generate awareness and new business through direct community outreach and local marketing activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include door-to-door outreach, distributing door hangers and marketing materials, and placing approved marketing signs/boards in strategic locations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighbourhoods.
- Introduce Ancient Movers and our moving services to potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Distribute door hangers, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Place Ancient Movers marketing boards/signage at approved locations.
- Identify potential customers who may be moving or require moving-related services.
- Generate and record potential customer leads for follow-up by the sales/operations team.
- Promote current offers, discounts, and services offered by Ancient Movers.
- Visit assigned neighbourhoods, residential areas, businesses, and community locations according to the marketing plan.
- Take photos or provide confirmation of completed marketing routes and signage placements when required.




- Maintain accurate records of areas covered and marketing materials distributed.
- Represent the Ancient Movers brand professionally while interacting with residents, businesses, and community members.
- Follow municipal/property rules regarding solicitation and placement of marketing materials or signage.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- Confident approaching and speaking with recent people.
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Greater Windsor Metropolitan Area.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to use a smartphone for communication, navigation, and reporting.
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- $17.60 per hour
- Additional performance-based compensation/incentives may be available for qualified leads or successful customer referrals
- Flexible field schedule based on assigned marketing areas and business needs
