provides front-line technical support to students, staff, and faculty across a variety of technology systems and services. This role supports end-user devices, classroom and HyFlex technology, audiovisual equipment, and learning technologies while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, supporting live classroom technology, and troubleshooting issues in front of groups when required. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to in-person and remote users Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, network, printing, and connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365, Moodle,
and other college technology systems. Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals. Support Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and other end-user devices. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot classroom and HyFlex technology, including cameras, microphones, displays, smart boards, and conferencing systems. Respond to technology issues during classes, meetings, and campus events. Record, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Assist with inventory management and device lifecycle activities. Escalate complex issues as required. Support students, staff, faculty, classroom technology, and other IT services as operational requirements evolve. Requirements
Experience providing technical support in a customer-facing environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting Windows devices and common productivity applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize competing requests and respond to urgent issues. Comfortable troubleshootingtechnology issues in front of groups, including classrooms and events. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Windows, and Apple (Mac and iPad) devices. Experience with classroom, audiovisual, or HyFlex technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 administration, or endpoint management solutions. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Moodle, or other learning technologies.
