FYidoctors Kelowna - Spall Plaza clinic seeks a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to patients in a quick-paced, collaborative setting. The role is full-time with 30-40 hours per week across Monday to Saturday.
You will greet patients, assist with pre-testing, manage appointments and billing, and handle eyewear pickups and minor repairs. A background in retail or customer service is a plus, with strong communication and tech skills required.
