This regular full-time position reports to the Laboratory Manager and requires ample knowledge of medical laboratory practices. You will perform a variety of routine and specialized procedures while maintaining a quality control program to ensure accuracy. Your role involves keeping precise records, troubleshooting laboratory equipment and enhancing patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform diagnostic testing for physicians and healthcare providers • Maintain and troubleshoot complex laboratory equipment • Conduct routine analysis and phlebotomy procedures • Ensure accurate records and reports of testing • Uphold patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements: • Certification as a Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist • Membership in good standing with CSMLS • Recent experience in an accredited Medical Laboratory • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Valid class 5 driver’s license required
