As a key member of the Top Aces team, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the Base Lead or Deployment Lead, responsible for maintaining a valid TCCA AME M2 license. Your role encompasses a range of significant tasks from reviewing technical logs to overseeing maintenance operations and inspections. This position requires problem-solving abilities and collaboration in support of military readiness training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain TCCA AME M2 license validity • Review technical logs and associated documents • Assign maintenance tasks to trained personnel • Perform inspections and functional tests • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations
Requirements: • Valid TCCA AME M2 license required • 2 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
