In this pivotal role, you will serve as a business partner, advising managers on complex Associate Relations matters, including performance issues, accommodations, and disciplinary actions. Your expertise will ensure compliance with provincial Employment Standards while enhancing the understanding of GoodLife's internal policies among staff. You’ll be instrumental in training management on critical topics and addressing any workplace concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary matters




• Support Associates with questions and work-related issues
• Create documentation for disciplinary actions and terminations
• Facilitate trainings on employment law and HR policies
• Maintain compliance with legal employment standards
Requirements:
• 1+ years in Employee Relations or HR role
• Some college or university education in Human Resources
• Progress towards CHRP or equivalent certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
