Realstar, a leader in residential property management, is looking for a technician to oversee residents’ needs at one of its properties. You will maintain a professional demeanor while carrying out minor repairs, cleaning duties, and responding to the demands of residents and staff. Your presence in office is crucial for maintaining quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas • Assist in snow removal and lift heavy objects • Drive small vehicles and machinery as required
Requirements: • Background in property management or skilled trades • Excellent communication skills between all parties • Basic computer and keyboarding skills • Ability to lift and push heavy objects • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
