Become a vital part of Primaris REIT as a Guest Services Representative at Park Place Mall in Lethbridge, AB. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing various tenant and customer interaction programs.
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and tenants, promoting an inviting atmosphere. You will assist with property programs, including gift card management and the lost and found. Your responsibilities will also encompass providing directions and customer registrations within our Parenting Room, alongside maintaining information brochures and employee manuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional assistance to customers and tenants
• Facilitate the property gift card program effectively
• Manage the lost and found administration tasks
• Deliver explicit directions and information to shoppers
• Answer inquiries via phone and email
Requirements:
• Secondary School diploma or in progress
• Over 1 year of customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (asset)
• Understanding or eagerness to learn Health & Safety procedures
